Free Gift Note Message on Delivery Notes

If you wish to have a brief personal message placed on the Delivery Note - for example - 'This is an Anniversary Gift - Best wishes & love from John & Clare xx' please put your message in the 'Delivery Note Gift Message' section which you will see at the bottom of the Checkout Page just before you click 'Pay'. N.B: We never post out Invoices with orders. Please email us if you want to have an Invoice & we will email it to you.

Where do you currently offer Delivery to?

To the UK & EU countries. We also ship to Norway, Switzerland & Liechenstein.

We would also consider shipping to Australia - any Cushion & Draught Excluder orders to Australia we would only be able to send the covers, NOT the fillings due to the huge expense in posting them. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details, and what to do if you live outside of the above mentioned countries.

Please note: Whilst we would consider shipping to Australia, we don't ship to the United States due to additional taxes added at USA Customs for goods imported from the EU over which we have no control.

How long does delivery take?

Whilst we anticipate an order usually being despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of payment and agreement of order, we ask that UK mainland clients allow between 5-7 working days for receipt of delivery, and clients in EU countries allow up to 15-20 working days for delivery, especially during peak holiday times in August and December. We will add a prominent note to the Shipping & Returns page if an order cannot be guaranteed receipt by Xmas due to the passing of the last guaranteed posting day.

What about Returns, Exchanges, Faulty Goods etc?

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item at any time prior to delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The 7 working day rule also applies in the unlikely event of faulty goods, or exchanges. You must notify us by email before the end of 7 working days of receipt of your order. Which Payment Methods do you accept?

You may pay through your own PayPal account, or if you wish to pay by UK Credit /Debit Card the options are: VISA, VISA Delta, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, American Express. Please note: EU clients may have different options. There is a separate facility to arrange a Bank Transfer to a UK Bank Account. We also accept Cheques made payable to 'ANIMALGIFTIDEAS.COM'.

Is VAT added to the prices?

VAT is already included in the product price that you see.

Any helpful information about the Checkout procedure?

At the Shopping Cart stage, before you get to Checkout, you have an option to remove an item from your Shopping cart, either by using the Red X at the right hand side of the product, or if you wish to empty the Cart completely, simply click on the 'Empty Cart' grey button underneath the products in the Cart, and then click on 'Continue Shopping' to return to the site. When you have selected the products you require, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button, where you will be asked to securely complete a few simple contact details, including 'Payment Method' located in the 'Order Details' section. When you arrive at the secure PayPal page you are given the option of either using your own PayPal account, or to pay by Credit/Debit Card. Complete the relevant details and in no time at all, you're done!

Or if you wish to pay by UK bank transfer, please place the Order, click onto 'Bank Transfer' in the 'Payment Method' box, put a brief note in the Special Instruction box at the bottom of the Checkout page about your wish to pay by Bank Transfer, and we will reply by email with the UK bank account details.

Cheques can also be accepted; please make Cheques payable to ANIMALGIFTIDEAS.COM and send them to Clive Cheetham, AnimalGiftIdeas Admin. Office, 49 Maudsley St, Accrington, Lancs BB5 6AD. Please be aware that we may wait for Cheques to clear before arranging to send out the order.

Will my personal information and Card details remain safe?

To enhance personal privacy and security, AnimalGiftIdeas.com has its own independent IP address and SSL certificate, so you can securely add your address and e-mail details when you click onto the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will notice at that point that the http:// at the top of the page in the address bar has changed to https:// with a lock icon to the right.

We DO NOT collect Credit Card or other payment information from you; all sensitive information such as Credit Card details are collected by third party Payment Service Providers, such as PayPal, and is not seen by anyone connected with AnimalGiftIdeas.com. PayPal ensures that all transactions are protected by SSL with the highest level of encryption commercially available.
