Email address: Only used by Clive Cheetham at to contact you about your order, as we personally email you when your order has been posted. We do not use your email address for any marketing purposes or sell information on to other businesses.

Billing Address: Only used by Clive Cheetham at to help process your order. End of. We don't use it for any other purpose.

Delivery Address: For orders of all brooch pins, keyrings, pens, mugs, Tie Studio socks, beanie hats, pewter gifts, bottle openers, wine bottle stoppers, coasters, fridge magnets & mens ties, the delivery address is used by Clive Cheetham at to process your order & send via Royal Mail or courier who will also have your address so you can receive your order. We do not use your delivery address for any marketing purposes or sell information on to other businesses.

For larger items ordered such as cushions, doormats, draught excluders, throws & shoulder bags plus smaller items like mouse mats and £10.89 socks a UK based order fulfillment centre is used by Clive Cheetham at As part of their order processing they will use your name & delivery address so that couriers - or Royal Mail for smaller items - can deliver your order. They - like us - also treat customers personal data in a sensitive, secure manner & don't sell information on to third parties or use your details for marketing purposes. How long do we keep customers names, email, address & phone details for: To comply with UK law for our tax returns to the HMRC we keep payment records for at least 5 tax years. To be on the safe side we keep ours for 6 years. 

Website Hosts: At Checkout, you'll see a separate note by our website hosts eshop-systems just underneath the Pay button.
